Howarth's Garage is a family-run business based in Mirfield, established in 1984 by father and son team Leslie and Phil Howarth.

Where the Howarth's Garage story began

We started out as Cottage Cars located on Taylor Hall Lane, before moving to Old Bank Road, where we branched out from not only servicing and repairing cars but also undertaking vehicle sales. We have been in our current premises on Huddersfield Road since 2000.

Phil took over the day-to-day running of the business when his parents decided to take a more relaxed role in the business and together with Phil, our qualified technicians have over 60 years of experience in total. We are committed to keeping up to date with the latest vehicle technology frequently attending up-to-date training courses with Bosch and AutoIQ. We specialise in VW Group vehicles but also welcome all other makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles.
